নিলামের শর্তাবলী
1. **নিবন্ধন এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট:
– নিলাম প্ল্যাটফর্মে সঠিক এবং আপ-টু-ডেট তথ্য সহ দরদাতাদের অবশ্যই একটি অ্যাকাউন্টের জন্য নিবন্ধন করতে হবে।
– নিলাম সদস্যপদ পাওয়ার পর আপনি ছয় মাস পর্যন্ত আপনার সদস্যপদ বাতিল করতে পারবেন না।
2. **যোগ্যতা:
– অংশগ্রহণের জন্য দরদাতাদের বয়স কমপক্ষে 18 বছর বা তাদের এখতিয়ারে সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠদের আইনি বয়স হতে হবে।
– নিলামটি নিলাম করা আইটেমগুলির প্রকৃতির উপর নির্ভর করে অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতার মানদণ্ডের অধীন হতে পারে।
3. **আইটেমের বর্ণনা:
– দরদাতাদের বিড করার আগে আইটেমের বিবরণ, ছবি এবং প্রদত্ত অতিরিক্ত তথ্য পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পর্যালোচনা করতে উৎসাহিত করা হয়।
– একটি আইটেম সম্পর্কে কোন প্রশ্ন বা উদ্বেগ বিড করার আগে নিলাম প্রশাসকের সাথে স্পষ্ট করা উচিত।
4. **বিডিং প্রক্রিয়া:
– বিডগুলিকে বিডের পরিমাণে আইটেম কেনার জন্য আইনি প্রতিশ্রুতি হিসাবে বিবেচনা করা হয়।
– একবার স্থাপন করা হলে দরদাতারা বিড প্রত্যাহার করতে পারবেন না।
– নিলাম প্ল্যাটফর্ম ক্রমবর্ধমান বিডিং এবং স্বয়ংক্রিয় বিডিং সহ বিভিন্ন বিডিং প্রক্রিয়া ব্যবহার করতে পারে। দরদাতাদের এই প্রক্রিয়াগুলির সাথে নিজেদের পরিচিত হওয়া উচিত।
5. **বিড ইনক্রিমেন্ট:
– নিলাম প্ল্যাটফর্ম বিড বৃদ্ধির মান নির্দিষ্ট করবে। বিড করার সময় দরদাতাদের অবশ্যই এই ইনক্রিমেন্টগুলি মেনে চলতে হবে।
6. **বিজয়ী দরদাতা:
– নিলামের পর সর্বোচ্চ দরটি বিজয়ী বিড হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে।
– বিজয়ী দরদাতাকে নিবন্ধনের সময় প্রদত্ত যোগাযোগের তথ্যের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করা হবে।
7. **পেমেন্ট:
– বিজয়ী দরদাতা নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে অর্থ প্রদানের মাধ্যমে ক্রয় সম্পূর্ণ করতে বাধ্য।
– গৃহীত অর্থপ্রদান পদ্ধতি নীচে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে. যেমন:
* সরাসরি ব্যাংক স্থানান্তর
* iTransfer (ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার)
* RTGS ফান্ড ট্রান্সফার
* NPSB তহবিল স্থানান্তর
* BEFTN পরিষেবা
8. **সংগ্রহ:
-বিড জেতার পর, যদি দরদাতা 3 কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্যের টাকা পরিশোধ না করে বা সংগ্রহ না করে, তাহলে দরদাতার সদস্যপদ বাতিল করা হবে এবং ফি বাজেয়াপ্ত করা হবে।
9. ** দরদাতাদের পরিচালনা:
– দরদাতারা ন্যায্য এবং নৈতিক আচরণে নিযুক্ত হবেন বলে আশা করা হচ্ছে।
– নিলাম প্রক্রিয়ার সাথে যেকোন ধরনের বিড ম্যানিপুলেশন, যোগসাজশ বা হস্তক্ষেপ অবিলম্বে অযোগ্যতার কারণ হবে।
10. **বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি:
– বিবাদের ক্ষেত্রে, নিলাম প্রশাসকের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত।
– নিলাম প্ল্যাটফর্ম দ্বারা বর্ণিত বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি প্রক্রিয়া মেনে চলতে দরদাতারা সম্মত হন।
11. **বাতিল বা পরিবর্তন:
– নিলাম প্রশাসক যে কোনো সময় নিলাম বাতিল, প্রসারিত বা পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন।
12. **আইনি সম্মতি:
– দরদাতাদের অবশ্যই সকল প্রযোজ্য আইন ও প্রবিধান মেনে চলতে হবে।
13. ** দাবিত্যাগ:
– নিলাম প্ল্যাটফর্ম এবং বিক্রেতারা কোনও আইটেমের নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে শর্ত, সত্যতা বা ফিটনেস সম্পর্কিত কোনও ওয়ারেন্টি, প্রকাশ বা উহ্য দেয় না।
14. **শর্তগুলিতে পরিবর্তন:
– এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন সাপেক্ষে হতে পারে. দরদাতাদের নিয়মিত তাদের পর্যালোচনা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
নিলামে অংশগ্রহণ করার মাধ্যমে, দরদাতারা তাদের বোঝার এবং এই শর্তগুলির স্বীকৃতি স্বীকার করে। এই শর্তগুলি মেনে চলতে ব্যর্থ হলে স্থগিতাদেশ বা বিডিং বিশেষাধিকারের সমাপ্তি সহ জরিমানা হতে পারে।
Conditions of Auction

8.collection:

– Any form of bid manipulation, collusion or interference with the auction process will result in immediate disqualification.
10. **Dispute Resolution:
– In the event of a dispute, the auction administrator’s decision is final.

11. **Cancellation or Extension:
